That's the big problem isn't it Finnboy. We often see just what we need/want but it's always towards the end of the month or just before going camping when ££ are in short supply :0((

Indeed..... hence why I want (but wont buy) one of those Outwell M heaters that Yeomans have on sale.... for when I do (eventually) get an EHU. It can wait though.
My own fault though, buying the tents I have in the sales. So cant really complain!

Planned for next year, hopefully!
Summer Solstice wild camp.
Chilled in a Field, July.
Crantock, August. Fouth year with the fantastic Quechua Base Seconds 4.2!
..... and the odd night wild camping in my Argos 1 man tent...
Never mind sixs - thanks for asking. Saves me a trip up to Carlisle (I hate shopping and it would give him an excuse to shop). Will check out Kendal tomorrow and drag OH to Penrith to look on Monday.
I was going to have a rant a couple of weeks ago when I toured all of my local Aldi's, trying to buy some of the camping cupboards. Each of my local stores (5 within 5 miles) had then at different prices but nothing cheaper than £19.99!!
I spoke to most the the managers and said that some Aldi's were doing them alot cheaper but they said they couldn't reduce them!
Great news you've managed to grab some cheap ones. Never saw any of the little ones left though.
Just discovered there are stores nearer to us than I thought/there used to be. A round trip of 100+ miles but it's a place we go every so often anyway so from now on I'll be checking it out.Good job I stay way up in Bonny S - I'd be racing you lot for the bargains !
I spotted these cupboards in our local Aldi (Yeovil) back in August for £22 but didn't snap one up unfortunately as when I went back a few weeks later they had disappeared without a trace, I've been cursing ever since.
On this theme I do make periodic visits to Aldi in the Spring and Summer as they often have good outdoor stuff at amazing prices and the quality is faultless. We're soon getting a Lidl practically on our doorstep in Crewkerne so here's hoping for some bargains, I've found Wilkinsons quite good too especially in the sales, our local one had a good range of Gelert stuff.
I remember getting these cupboards at bargain prices last week in august for our !st camping trip.
Travelled to several Aldi's and they were all differantly priced, highest £19.99, and the best £5.99.4 differant stores in 1 day and they all had differant prices.I was told when items go in the sale its Store managers discretion as to the price.I learnt my Sutton store as the best manager.
