Well I had no choice, as I only have an Aldi. I bought ten packs to try. Probably cheaper than the four pounds our local site charges for wood.

So now I have New logs New sleeping bag and a New tent. Must try and get a camping trip in soon. I wonder if I could try the I want to go camping before I become a Grandad ploy ?

Same here raf. No Home Bargains near I know off, so She Who Must Be Obeyed has just bought our tenners worth.

Weather permitting, we'll be getting the firepit out for my Big Six Oh birthday party end of November, so 8 will do it nicely. And if the weathers c**p, we've got supplies for next year's camping season. So, we're pleased.

Hope the Grandad malarkey all goes well. I can speak from personal experience, it's a joy 17

Thanks for the heads up No Faff .

Hi Sandra,

Congratulations on your happy event. I think mine will just give me more time to do the things I like to do solo, as my wife will I think, be very involved with the new baby when it gets here. Probably next Wednesday.

Thanks to No Faff for the info, I've been after some all year.

None around us, have to do with Aldi....

Only thing I did notice is they are the Big K ones.  I know we bought some last year and they 'spat' at us continually, just not sure if they were this brand or not....

(Bryant and may, zip were fine)

Home Bargains Stores:-

These stores include the proposed Wellingborough branch, as well as outlets in Stourbridge, Carlisle, Pontypridd, Longton, Shrewsbury, Cwmbran and Glasgow.

Oops. Yes, they're Big K. If I get enough vino collapso at my party, I won't notice the singes 17
