Just ordered one.

The OH will be over the moon if I only use one pot to cook a meal!

Well I received my copy of 101 one pot dishes.............

.............not quite sure how they say they are 1 pot though,ie: chilli, all well and good, but what you gonna have with it??? so one pot chilli and another pot for rice.

and they also have one pot meat (there follows another pot for potatoes and another 3 pots for veg!)

hmmm..............one pot?? i dont think so!

BUT some yummy looking recipes all the same!

so still on the look out for a book with ONE pot recipes, so that i can cook on a woodburner fo all of us in the tent, without having to have stew EVERY day!!!

LOL good luck with your quest !

Tina try this

Chicken or lamb or both cut into 1" squares (approx)

Tortilla wraps (pack)

Beetroot (pack no vinegar) Halved and sliced

Tomatoes halved and sliced

Sweet n Crunchy salad pre pack (make your own if u like)

HP Mexican Chilli sauce (ketchup if your not up to it)

Garlic mayonaisse (Sainsburys sell 2 types)

Skewer and cook meat as you like, woodburner, fried, bbq, grilled etc. Heat Tortillas then spread garlic mayo on one side. Add six or so pieces of meat and add chilli sauce to taste. Add some salad, beetroot and toms, roll it up and get it down ya :)

These go down a treat at home or away we usually end up having 2 or 3 each

No Pot needed !
