We have a tino and have had it for almost 3 1/2 years. It has been a great car. We looked at the picasso, scenic and tino and decided that the tino was superior to the other models. We have a 1.8 se2 which is fine. It manages to tow our caravan which weighs 1200KG fully laden. The service from the nissan dealer has been good and the only problem we have had is when one of the engine sensors broke . This was replaced free of charge as it was subject to a recall notice.
The camping and caravan club have a write up this month on the 2.2 diesel which is extremely complimentary. It might be worth you trying to get a copy.
