We have one similar to the Decathlon shown on Hollow's link, which we find very good.    Weather permitting we leave it out over night, or just move it to under the bed section of hte folding camper.   Stools just get folded up at night and shoved under the bed section - saves them getting damp with the dew.Even Richard will sit at the table with it, which he wouldn't with the one with the stools attached.

Hi
The best selling set so far is the most expensive one. Google "easy camp dijon table and bench set". Really good pack size. Maybe to big when folded out for some but customers are making their own minds up and we keep running out.

Looks nice, and the price wouldn't bother me if it was the right thing, well made.

But we don't really need a table twice the size of the existing one.

The palm springs one (above) for £39.99 is ideal for kids.  strong and wipes down easily

can't fault mine

This photo set me off with this bench set, great price .I ordered straight away  22-3-10,received a few days later.

Ok my own fault i left it in the packaging on the passage as it wasn't in the way etc, when i did open it up to try on the garden the corner was all split.

I emailed the company straight away and 3 days later got a reply asking for photographic evidence. This was within the hour.

I received an email within the hour saying it would be dealt with(think this was automated). A whole week later still nothing.

I emailed the company yet again with more supporting photo's got the same automated email ...............................you get the picture.

Eventually they agreed it was faulty and to ring to arrange a swap.Sorted all this out for Friday lasat week waited in all day.........NOTHING. And to top it all off there closed untill Monday morning.

I'm hoping by posting this i will have emptied myself of frustration and be full of good manners tomorrow as i desperately need this set as were off to cornwall for 2 weeks at the weekend.

Did everyone else get there sets ok?

In the end we decided to buy the Coleman one (the palm springs one is nice and sturdy - but I didnb't like the packed size of it).

Very pleased with it, and others at the bank holiday weekend were as well. Benches are very strudy happily seating a couple of 'not small' adults. Though 9yo daughter did tip backwwards fall off and then get hit on the shin by the bench - but she's good at that sort of thing.

bought it from  Singers, and yep it arrived safely in a  couple of days.

I'd have an alterntive supplier ready to order from. If it doesn't arrive, cancel the order and order the other one.

Did you get it ok?

I know last year there was a dodgy batch of them that were split (not sure how as they are pretty strong unless you dropped a ton weight on them)

Shame they could have loads of sales

I agree with all who recommend the Palm Springs one. A family we went camping with had one and it was so much sturdier than our Royal aluminium one. Most importantly for us though the design of the table/bench legs meant it survived the soft ground wheras our benches sank into the mud (more on my side ) I was so fed up with ours I swore to bin it when we got home. The Palm Springs does pack up big and heavy though.

I ordered one a few days ago and just got an email to say it's been dispatched. Just hoping now that it arrives in one piece...
