Last year I bought BBC Books Good Food 101 Series. 'One-Pot Dishes' and 'Cheap Eats' They are handy sized cookbooks with recipe on one page and colour picture opposite. Bought while camping as I was stuck what to cook for daughter and 3 grandchildren that all would enjoy. Two recipes, slightly adapted and re-named, became firm favourites even with a fussy eater. They want me to cook same next time camping as I refuse to cook the recipes at home saying they were special camp food.
