Haven't bought it yet, but I was looking for an excuse to pop to GoOutdoors,
I've got to be careful with these trips to camping shops though, my budget is dwindling. Thank god I'm off next week!
Oh dear, popping into a camping store to buy tenacious tape? You really think you can do that without buying something else?
Now there is a challenge for you lol
Good luck with that :)

Haven't bought it yet, but I was looking for an excuse to pop to GoOutdoors, I also only have 4 decent pegs to go with the ones supplied with the tent (which aren't bad, but are still bent wire type). I will go there tomorrow & get some (pegs & tape).
Thanks for the heads-up. .
I was only asking about longer rolls as my dad wanted something to repair the joints on his boats wheel house roof, but that's made from wood & requires quite a lot of duck tape, so tenacious would probably not be suitable.

Yes, so you are, shouldn't you be packing? Oh wait so should I lol.
I've just about sorted the kitchen box out. OH is away all week and I'm hoping to have everything that MUST go in a pile in the hallway. Trouble is is looking a bit full Ooops.
And we have changed our ferry at the last minute, I got an offer from Norfolk lines to sail from Rosyth and it was cheaper than the diesel to drive to Dover in our 3.5 litre estate, so we took that. No refund on original ferry or the Travelodge but we are still quids in and no long journey south to face. It does mean we now leave on Tuesday gulp.
oh just thought maybe I should offer the Travelodge to someone?

Im also putting together some basic kit for my first camping expeditions - my list of essentials includes: portaloo, water containers, string, tape, small gas stove, kettle, campchair, comfy bed and warm duvet/nice pillow- I can't get comfy in sleeping bags- too restricting; small dishpan and frying pan, coolbox, corkscrew and kitchen utensils- tin opener, sharp kitchen knife, plate, bowl.....oh and a utility tent to store stuff outside my van.
