Sorry about your son 'error'!  At least I said adorable and not pretty! He is gorgeous and will break some hearts I'm sure when he's older! Made me laugh as my son also had longer hair when he was a toddler - it was white blond and I couldn't bring myself to cut it very often. Several people called him a beautiful little girl when I was on holiday!

Glad you got sorted.

I decided against getting new mats due to the cost and am using my cheap and cheerful Aldi ones for the third year. They take up so much room though - I have just packed them into a holdall along with poles and sleeping bags and it's so tight that I'm sure when I open the bag on the campsite, there will be an explosion of gear!

Also decided not to get the trolley, as again, it will eat in to my scampi and chips, and ice-cream fund! Guess what I am getting for my fourtieth birthday later this year though?!!!

I'm off for two weeks tomorrow so will be in touch with yourself and Eldarado on my return!

By the way, I see you've ordered us some decent weather down there for next week - fingers crossed!

Weather looks dry at least, although the wind is picking up for the boat on Saturday - hopefully just a little lumpy and it's a northerly which is better than a south westerly going over!

We went to Tintagel when I was about four and my abiding memory is of trotting up and down lots of steps!!!

I actually don't mind the wind and rain either, once I'm there - but am praying to the wind gods and asking them to go easy on us between 10.30-1.10pm on Saturday!

I have three standing on their sides leaning against my bed. My bedroom lookes like a camping shop,  it's my space, so I'll use it for what I want.
