And I've just seen on another thread thread that Tesco sell the CADAC I fancy, and I can use a bunch of vouchers to do the voucher exchange, so costing just £70 in vouchers. I'm one happy camper.

Well,if the pan is pretty "busy",we use those egg-ring things..

..it stops the egg leaking  into everything else(..if that is what you mean?)

I also read on here not so long back of someone who uses a cake tin ring to keep their omlettes in check..

A lot of campsites in france no longer allow charcoal bbq which was the main reason we got ours. However, we love it and use it all the time when camping, cooking crepes, paella in the skool, normal bbq food and lots of fish, especially sardines. Have fitted a paella dish on top sometimes as the Cadac paella dish seems dear for the amount of times you would use it. Really inspired by the roast chicken and will use the lid in the future if i can find space to bring it. (only worked out recently that the handle detached)
