Hmmm I disagree, but you have got very interested in this.... are we talking torches here, as in hand torches? because i've yet to see a halogen torch run for an hour or more,!!! some LED's run for hours & hours or even days on a few AA, or D cell bateries... Most burn time iv'e seen, with halogen is about 30 minutes or an hour, and use heavy batteries at high cost... Also never seen a flourescent torch with a beam or spot either, only a lantern type wich was low output and ate batteries...
Or are we talking about mains lighting? if so then HPS (high pressure sodium) is one of the most efficient lighting available..
Most plant growers will tell you that lol....
I would like you to show me the info you have or the web page etc.... that would be nice..
