OK calm down dear! lmao...

From where I am sat, you have pretty much everything you need for a 1st trip. Remember you might not like it (hides and ducks from rest of the board ) Why not try with what you have atm, take pen and paper and write down all the little things you have forgotten or could do with. I hate to say it, but you will not be more than 20-30 miles from civilisation and SHOPS if you do forget a necessity lol, so if you are really struggling you can buy it. Just relax and enjoy your camping experience xxx

Dump the wardrobe, too long to assemble/disassemble, takes up too much room in the car.

Did anyone mention dustpan and brush?  (Probably did!)

I know someone mentioned tinfoil, great for lining the bbq, then just fold the  ash up in it to throw away when you've finished.

Yes we did

We loved it!!

WE do have a list of things that we discovered we would ideally need but the list is not massive!

WE need a way to dry wet towels, we do really want electric so we can have a fridge and a fan heater (tent was too hot or too cold!!).

We forgot the kids airbeds but luckily my parents were with us in their caravan so we pinched their cushions!

Kids loved it, dog loved it - cant wait to go again!

Thanks for all the help people x

Sorry for asking psychopebble but we want to go there and friends of ours said there was lots of fighting and noise etc there. Said it wasn't safe to leave the tent and stuff like that. They also said the pool was green and no one would use it and the kids wouldn't be safe on the park cos teenagers.
Did you find any of this to be true cos it looks ideal for us and not far away either.

It was a great site - it felt very safe, theres a barrier entry and there are quite a few long term vans so it feels like a very friendly site.

Kids were in the pool both days and it was lovely and clear. Kids were fine to wander around - the wardens enforce a 5mph limit and there are always staff about.

We are def going back.

HTH?

To dry towels, we usually leave them in the tent on the back or chairs, or put a spare canopy pole across 2 chairs and hang them over that. The heat in the tent during the day is usually enough to dry them off.

I think you've got tons of stuff there! We're just back from a trip - been camping for a while and we haven't got half of what you've got! You'll survive fine through the day - there's always the shops. My top tip is an extra blanket for every bed (IKEA - £3 each). Being cold at night is probably the one thing that will put anyone off.
