I got the double electric hob and a single induction one

As mentioned the induction one you end up forking out for pans - also the one i had was very fickle and just kept cutting out

The double electric hob is ok, but I prefer the gas. It takes quite a while to heat up, and if you want to use it, it means switching off the fan heater etc etc

I recently bought a mini oven. I think it is 1300 watts in total (only 5.65 amps). It will bake, toast, grill, and if you put veg inside in a heat proof container it will heat/boil/steam. I can even boil my 750 watt kettle at the same time

If I were to get an electric hob, I would opt for an induction one. Just can't justify the expense when I already have 6 other hobs that runs on butane/butane and propane mix/dual fuel/meth at my disposal.
