you dont need one with this as thats what the red light is for.. well thats what my manual said... or did i dream it.. lol

the light only comes on when it detects a reverse polarity, IE: if you using a 2 pin plug abroad, you would then need a small adapter to revert the polarity.. but there are arguments fro and against if that is even needed




Oh thanks very much for your reply - I did read the leaflet that came with it but it doesn't mention the red light! Honest.

Already have a 3 way fridge, and gas lantern, so really I'm just thinking of a heater.
'Luckily' our boiler was down for a couple of days so we had to buy 2 cheap convector heaters. I'm thinking one might end up in the trailer?

I received mine this morning and am wondering if its safe to take the pole clips off and use it flat on floor, as I'm not sure my poles are sturdy enough to hold the unit.

I have received mine and one for my friend and we have noticed that the casing has some little cracks and chips,anyone else noticed this ??
