I got mine from Camping and General too, last year.
Very realistic looking. I actually opted for the slightly chunkier ones (as they were more trendy and looked just like my ones from home). So much so, my other half thought they were them.
As said before. Wine glasses are an essential part of camping
I use stackable glass ones purchased from Nisbets the catering company.

I got some quite expensive ( and rather small! ) acrylic glasses from a specialist camping shop, then found that when the summer came along Asda and Tesco had them by the shedload in their seasonal isles. Much cheaper, bigger, and better than the stuff I got....
I'd never have real glass on a camping field.
