we have an open awning with windjammers,we keep table and chairs,clothes horse,shoes in a large bucket and the bin also step into caravan and mats and...... Harrys bike or scooter and footballs and bits,and my bucket in the day :O)

 Our awning sometimes looks like a glory hole when we are away, but have 2 buckets one marked Fire the other marked Pee, we keep our valuables in the bucket marked Pee, not lost anything to date

Altho im not a caravanner myself but surely the awning would be an ideal Beer tent.  Just an idea.
