dismantling and rebuidin the trailer would negate any warrenty, not to mention opening a can of worms in the event of any accident in whitch the trailer was involved.

No issues with the quick release on mine, its only the box and not the running gear or frame.

i wouldnt want to be removing the wheels nuts too often.

Rather than having to build it and take it apart every time you use why not look for a storage yard or caravan storage place? There were trailers in my last storage place. You could then go for one slightly bigger rather than being restricted by what will fit through the loft hatch.
