If I were to buy a set of new saucepans and frying pans for my home or camping use, I would opt for Tefal Ingenio (stainless steel saucepans with non-stick frying pans).

My current set of saucepans are MSR Alpine Stowaway in all 4 sizes, and their build quality is superb.

I splashed out on a set after reading about MSR makes the best SS camping cookware (I cook with SS except for the frying pan and wok).

I can stack them 2 at a time, 1+3, 2+4, 1 being the smallest.

When camping on my own, I hardly ever use the largest pan.

I highly recommend the Alpine Stowaway pans.

Got the SS frying pan with detachable handle too, however, it has yet to be used as I prefer to use nonstick aluminium frying pans.

I was tempted by the Ingenio range because they can be stacked and take up less room than conventional pans with handles. But, like you, I prefer stainless steel pans and only really go for non-stick on frying pans.

I've never seen Ingenio stainless steel saucepans and can't find them on Tefal's website, do you have a link please?

The downside of Ingenio, for me, is that the (optional) lids are made of glass, which isn't ideal for camping.

Presumably they're standard diameter pans though so you could use steel or whatever lids from elsewhere.

We got an Outwell Feast set a couple of weeks ago and used it for the first time last weekend. We were very impressed, it was much better than the cheapo Tesco pans we used and takes up less space.

Be aware that there is an M and L size option for them though. The one linked above was £40 for the M, you can get the L for the same price on Amazon. We went for the L after comparing the sizes.
