Trading Standards was a bit of a time waste as I had to go via dispute resolution. As the CC Card company gave me a full refund I have not taken it further. I'm not sure if the CC Card company pursued WorldPay, but I suspect they would.

Trading standards are so under resourced and under staffed nowadays, that unless they get multiple complaints about a company they probably aren't going to do anything
