Extension mirrors for car
Small bottle jack in case wheel change needed. Unless your car jack will do.
Clothes airer for wet towels, pegs.
Not essentials, but useful:
Magnetic pickup tool - stick this on your tow ball to line up with hitch, then slowly reverse until it’s knocked off! (Useful tip from this forum)
Length of 60mm drainpipe for filling aquaroll. Better than the filler pipes most of the time.
Worth considering too, the boxes and containers for the mountains of gubbins you’re collecting.
Tube of silicone grease, for various seals and screw threads
Spare batteries, especially for smoke alarm. We have learned the hard way to install a new one for the start of the season.

I don’t understand the need for 2 ramps assuming it’s a single axle van.
You obviously haven't pitched on a slope where the legs don't quite reach the ground at one end. It's amazing how a PAIR of ramps can take up the gaps quite easily without searching for something that's not ready available so they have more than one use.
Its very easy to spend on loads of 'must' haves, but apart from dealing with obvious stuff like crockery and the such, just go with what you have. You'll soon be thinking 'we could do with this or that' and that's the time to seek out new lightweight items that really meet your needs.
Having said that I would certainly recommend putting together some basic tools, as something invariably needs fixing!

I guess I use a ramp on a wheel about 60% of the time. I take blocks to put under the steadies. On extreme occasions I have even used blocks under the ramp to lift the wheel even higher. Never given a thought to having an extra ramp. I like a level van. Habit means I take a spirit level but my phone also has a level app, but, if I can walk about without feeling drunk.
I have never had a problem with a fridge, don't get carried away with the idea that van needs to perfectly level in order for the fridge to work.
1. Battery drill driver. You will soon get fed up winding the legs up and down.
2. An adaptor kit for the aquaroll to allow it to be connected to a tap on fully serviced pitches. Have a look at this for an explanation.

Reclining chairs and small table (for outside).
Rubber doormat or stable mat or piece of breathable ground sheet (for outside). Clingons if using groundsheet.
Click box (or similar) for shoes/boots
Portable BBQ or suitcase stove (for cooking outside).
Collapsible washing up bowl (unless you intend washing up in the van?).
