I’m full of admiration (and I admit sometimes envy) of proper tent campers but our motorhome with a proper double bed, fridge freezer and garage for our bikes and gear. One piece of equipment I’m particularly fond of is the draught beer tap and cooler I bought in France recently 🍻😎. Later when I’m enjoying a cold draught beer and grilling a steak on the Cadac outside the van😎 under the sun / rain canopy I promise to google what a Trangia is 😀.

It's only an expensive hobby when it's parked on your Drive....use it, love it , live it.

My 240/12v cooler. Warm beer is an abomination!

The ice maker, well we dont camp but clamp. Wife likes her comforts ,even the blow up bed has a headboard. Taking everything to twinwood festival in 9 days. I suppose the other thing I would miss is the Ford ranger just to get all the stuff in.

Another vote for Exped Megamats - and a Shnozzle for quick inflation.

And I'm inordinately fond of our folding slatted aluminium stools/side tables. Good for sitting at the table, and then for putting my feet up.

Do campers 'peg it'?

I love my Cobb bbq, Outwell folding kettle and Vango Aurora sleeping bag. We've got a pre-loved driveaway awning, air and that's fantastic (as long as someone lines the van up properly).

Loving cooking on our Ridgemonkey XL & combi. Got them for the campervan but as I cant drive at mo we're using them extensively at home.

Ummm most things could be replaced with similar rather than identical but not these:

1) My lighting Varta L30 indestructible 5W camping light and my little rolsen led lights with swivel hook

2) My table with 4 stools that fit inside. Tescos one from years ago and haven't seen any I like as much. You can have it half height or full height, is completely stable and very large so great for large boardgames we play. Don't particularly like the stools but they fit inside so don't take up space and they're great leg rests.

3) My mum and daughter have a particular fondness of our new gogas dynasty toaster. All others failed to actually produce toast and this was supposed to be for a specific stove but it worked just as well just placed on top of my campingaz one.

4) my tent - we love our tent but wouldn't be able to replace. would be hard to find one similar although would prefer black out bedrooms.

-------------
Wynnster Eagle 6 tent also but never used as too big for most sites we've been too and were too happy with our other tent.

Plus a SunnCamp Breton 500 Deluxe for shorter camping trips which we bought at the end of 2019 but have yet to use it due to lockdown!
