We just use ordinary fitted sheets, no problems.

We used normal double fitted sheets on our island bed but they regularly popped off the bottom. Bought some from Rise and Fall and they have very strong elastic all the way round with a rubber bit which stops it moving. Not the cheapest but much cheaper than proper caravan fitted sheets.
