Looks advanced, but a bit more than I wanted to pay, plus, because my car is an automatic (and therefore cannot be bump started) I want to keep a small jump starter in the boot !
I thought I'd try another Lithium power bank and bought a "VORSPRUNG Power+ UK747 JUMP STARTER 2000A" off Amazon for £70. It is advertised as having 81 watt hours capacity but on test (the first time, subsequent recharges might increase it a bit ? ) I only got about 39 watt hours out of it : 3hrs 10min at an average 14.6 volts into 17 Ohms.
That's just under half its specified capacity but still about twice that of the GooLoo GE2000.

The only slight problem is its 12V output is actually about 15V (actually a max of 16.4V down to 13.2V just before the unit went flat).

Can anyone confirm if my Uniross battery charger (specified for a 12V input) will work OK with no damage at that voltage ?

Thanks.

four li-ion cells in series fully charged would be over 16 volts.. flat around 13 volts.. its the way these things work unless they are regulated to 13.5 volts.. most are not..

currently you seem to be wasting money on things not suitable for your intended purpose..

the last thing i linked to isnt too complicated its spot on.. sadly its beyond what you are prepared to pay.. not a lot else to say now is there..
