Jackie, don't know where in Brum you are but Lidl in Kings Heath had quite a few fleece liners left on Tuesday. Is it anywhere near you?

I got the fleece liners today from my local Lidl and I can't wait to try them out when I go next month.

They may come back into stock soon. They have a mailing list on their website that tells you when the offers change and what's new.

Jackie

Glad to be of help - I've tried a few of these type of pumps (mostly that just run off the car ignition) and I can happily say that the one from Lidl is much better - so versatile with mains, car or battery powered and really powerful too.

Later dude,

Dazzle.

PS:  Don't forget though that the internal battery is actually quite old technology being Ni-Cad and so suffers from memory effect - in English what this really means is that you need to wait until the battery is really run down (although not flat) before you recharge it in order to get the best out of it and extend its life.  Don't recharge it when it's only half empty / half full or this will screw it up.  You'll be able to tell when it's almost flat as the motor noise slows right down.

By the way, I've found that what lidl have one week, Aldi and then Netto soon repeat the same sort of thing.  Had some brill bargains from all of them, folding aluminium slatty tables, the pump as described, loads of much needed car stuff last week (love the much needed wedge shaped cushion so I can see over my steering wheel instead of through it!!).  All the stores are on the web and have new stocks approx twice a week, so defo worth keeping your eyes on them.

Got my slatty table from Woolies this week - £11.99 I think. Have had a complete blow out on camping  equipment this month.

Wish I knew of a netto by me!

I agree with SnowyUK.

I'm sure thebutterfly is very pretty, it's just that it's moving so fast I can't actually see it then I become hypnotised and go into a trance.

Hi Jo, a fleece liner is like a bag with a zip that you can either put inside a sleeping bag to make it warmer, or use on it's own when it is warm. We used ours this weekend and they re great.

The pump is very good, but I find you need a foot pump to get the little extra pressure needed for a nice firm matress. I use the pump to fill the matress to about 95% but then it seems to stop pumping anymore air in!

D

Still a damn good buy, and the fleece inners are brill pity I just got one!
