Cut myself quite badly on my roll up table when I was rolling it up.  Been very careful since.  PamJ

Not very impressed with mine from woolies. Took ages to work out how to put it up - (not just me but two other people as well),  when finally up, is not very stable in my opinion. Have bought better things for £12.99 (and it was half price or something). Will keep it as an extra table, but I still really like my old plasic topped camp table with legs that detach - bought from Index about three years ago. Takes up no room and is absolutely stable.

I had to satisfy my curiosity today and paid a visit to Halfords on the way home to see what these roll-up tables were. Quite impressed and the Ellesmere Port branch had them on offer for 19-99.

Hope this helps.

Hi

We got one from B&Q at the weekend and are happy with it.

Not used it yet but nice and compact to store and transport, seems fairly stable

Every time I've had a look at one of those roll-up tables, I've decided that the surface isn't smooth enough- I'd be a bit concerned about putting a wine glass down on them for example. So far we haven't succumbed to a table at all though- it get a bit silly goiing camping when your car is full to bursting.

We have one of the Lidl ones, and solved the 'surface' problem by always using a heavy duty vinyl table cloth over the top. It's heavy enough not to blow away at the slightest breeze, and most importantly for us, gives a smooth wipeable surface - you don't have to try and get the ketchup out from between the slats!!!!

For those worried about stability, ours is very stable indeed, but you do need to remember when you move it anywhere, to hold it by the legs and not the table top, as that is only loosely connected.
