We are intending to have a few camping trips in June, July and August in the UK. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what a 2 year old should sleep in and on? Can you buy tiny sleeping bags suitable for the outside and do I purchase a single air bed? Currently he is still in a cot and a 'grobag'. Thank you for any help. Caroline
You can buy all the tiny bags you want, but I 'd rather suggest a proper pyjama because kids tend to move a lot during the night. He's likely to sleep with you under the sheets, so you'll be in charge anyway. You should use a sleeping bag underneat, to insulate from the cold and humidity coming from the ground: that's the critical bit.
