Stamped around the bottom rim the cylinder has a date of manufacture and a weight mine says 2.95 kg, so I took this to be the cylinder weight as the gas weight in a new cylinder is 2.72 kg
The cylinder that I have just got weighed in at 4.34 kg so I took it as just over half full
