Mine doesnt make much noise but in fairness, I'd prob turn off overnight, its only ever going to be filled up with wine and beer to let the fridge keep clear for food!

Thanks for the tip, got one today, noise is ok, and it cooled pretty quickly I thought. First time for us having an electric coolbox.

Also got 3 of the mats to try them out instead of an airbed and readybed for the 3 year old. He falls out of the readybed anyway, so on the floor in a mat is probably better.

Now I've seen the thread re the patio torches.....
