You could look for an isabella combi 625 which would fit. There is at least one on ebay at the moment.

For a licence dated 1997 or later you must add together the plated max weight of the caravan and trailer, if the total is 3500 or less you can tow it. You may even tow a caravan with a MAM greater than the cars unladen mass the restriction was removed in 2013

I agree the isabella combi is a good option. I have a freedom discovery pop top and I bought a nr aries awning and had it professionally reduced by lancashire sports repair (lsr). If you look at my profile you will see a side on picture (not brill.).
I have just bought an Apache combi awning and annexe and I will be having the awning reduced. The good thing about the Apache combi is that it is almost 9 foot deep. A big increase in the awning area for my little van.

Brilliant caravan - we used to have one. If we had to go back to tugging we would have another or possibly the sunseeker

My friend has an 1980's freedom and she loves it, I was thinking of buying one too until I saw and fell in love with my little Fisher Holivan junior..

Hi Helen just wondered whether you had looked at any porch awnings and whether they could be used.
Are you a member of the Fisher Holivan owners club, Peter has been very helpful.

How do you store yours in winter and do you use a cover?

I have a tiny porch awning that came with the van but would literally be a place to dump wet coats/shoes as it only measures about 6' x 4'

I have a beautiful Bardcot Patio porch awning but because Holi is so small is actually covers her completely like a full awning!
The problem is it's quite big and heavy and I don't think I could erect it on my own - I will try when the weather is better in the Spring and see how I get on.

I am looking at getting a drive away awning and really like the look of the Riviera Mobil 240 from Riversway Leisure - lightweight, plenty big enough and would be like erecting my tents (so hopefully fairly straighforward!)
OH has siad he will buy it for me as my Christmas present if that's what I want!!

I do have a lovely OR Easi Canopi which measures 2.4m x 2.4m (same as the drive away awning I'm looking at so know it will fit) which is lovely during the summer months. I'm wanting a proper awning for the Spring and Autumn months.

I am fortunate in being able to store Holi in our large garage at home so she lives indoors all year so no need for a cover. I keep the top roof vent open slightly and use 2 moisture traps to help keep damp to a minimum.

Thanks Helen, aren't you lucky having a large garage.

You seemed to have done plenty of research about awnings.
I was very lucky when I spoke to Peter that he knew a member who had a sun canopy they didn't need anymore. The lovely lady gave it to me free and even posted it too.

I don't seem to be able to send photos of my van here, I have put my email address on an earlier post if you email me I will send you photos of my caravan

Hi sobby

Not sure if you got sorted with an anwing but my OH has just bought me this one for Christmas:
http://www.campingandleisure.co.uk/acatalog/outdoor-revolution-touring-xls.html

Having the sleeping annexe means he and youngest son could also stay with us, rather than it just being me and middle son who get away in Holi.

Really looking forward to it arriving and trying it out.
Our first family outing is in April, although I may use it on my first trip away in March!!
