No problem providing you don't walk to and fro the shower in them. More germs and diseases are carried in on the soles of the shoes than ever come off bare feet.
So then, Mr Clever Clogs, you wear normal shoes into the facility which gets all that scary mud with germs and diseases onto the floor, then take them off.... and then what? Jump into the shower cubicle or use some sort of teleport system? Anyway, you then shower, leaving your flakes of athletes foot and verrucas on the floor in the cubicle....and climb back to where you left your shoes, get dressed and shod and walk back out in yer grubby shoes, leaving behind those germs and diseases you took in.... Unless you somehow get to the shower cubicle from your tent without touching the floor at all, then you will still be leaving germs and diseases in the shower facility.
You may as well just keep your crocs on, wash everything down properly and keep your athletes foot and verrucas to yourself, while at the same time not picking up someone else;s muck on your feet!
