Are these good with the wind i use a wind break all the time?

We had a Beauclaire years ago, well before the Cadac. Didn't really get on with it TBH - in fact, we've still got it somewhere - must look for it. In those days, there were fairly limited 'cooking surfaces'. We only had the big cast iron griddle, which was very heavy and I remember having to coat it with oil after we had finished using it - it got a bit messy to keep. Also we couldn't BBQ on it. With the Cadac we use the BBQ grill and fat pan quite a bit, although I know there are some who find the BBQ grill a bit awkward.
