Andy1977 we got our Beauclaire from the NEC. WE had it about 5 years now. I bought the family size one, it has a ribbed and smooth cast iron griddle, warming tray, paella dish, wok, Oven dome, smoker, tool tidy and a few other things. You can order them on line from Beauclaire they have a lot more items nowadays.

We had a Beauclaire years ago, well before the Cadac. Didn't really get on with it TBH - in fact, we've still got it somewhere - must look for it. In those days, there were fairly limited 'cooking surfaces'. We only had the big cast iron griddle, which was very heavy and I remember having to coat it with oil after we had finished using it - it got a bit messy to keep. Also we couldn't BBQ on it. With the Cadac we use the BBQ grill and fat pan quite a bit, although I know there are some who find the BBQ grill a bit awkward.

DSB Its a shame you didnt persevere with it. Every year I paint the griddle with a small amount of oil. You can purchase a non stick sheet and cook on that which saves the washing up. But if the griddle gets dirty after you have finished you can pour hot water on the gridlle and deglaze it then you just need to wipe clean. I do full size pizza,s   smoked fish, large paellas, curries, stir frys, I will not cook cheap burgers or sausages on it the griddle just fills up with fat. You can buy a container that hangs on to the edge of the plate and the fat falls into that. At first I had problems with the meat sticking to the plate Beauclaire told me to leave it a while to cook longet and let the meat seal - I did that never had a problem since.
