Found a camp bed (cot in the US) which looks the business. Wide, quick to put up, sturdy, seems well made and doesn't need the end rails which many of these have to tension the fabric lengthways. Thats important if you plan to put two of these together. I like the detail of the five lateral reinforcing bits under the fabric.

Not sure whether the link above has worked but the bed is the Byer of Maine Easy Cot. They make a couple of others but those have end rails.

I had 2 outwell 10cm serenity sim which deflated overnight ..now I have a vango trek5cm and a vango adventure dlx 7.5 cm ..both good mats

I have outwell serenity 7.5 double, 2 x outwell serenity 5 singles and a human comfort 10cm single.

The human comfort one is Dutch and was pretty expensive (€150) but is way comfier!

Don't know if this helps or not...

But I recently found a Trespass Sim that folds in half when deflated...It's called a ZED Sim 51cm x 183cm when inflated and approx. 5cm thick...

Bought primarily to replace my Gelert Sim which was thicker slightly longer and wider...But was a bind to carry on my backpack as I kept jamming myself in doors while traveling (wider than me and the backpack when rolled up)and I kept forgetting about this when entering/exiting places...

ZED folds and rolls up to about 8inches long by 6inches thick fits nicely on my pack and is light to carry(Might be useful if space in the car is an issue)...

Used it 3 times now(On the ground) and while not as long/wide as the Gelert find I am comfy enough with no "Overhang" of both body or s/bag onto the ground!!

Can't remember the rrp...But I paid £15 or so for it in one of Trespass's endless sales they seem to have...
