This thread may help with raised airbed issue. I am still not a fan as they are so unreliable. Spotted a thread on the coleman comforts deflating too

Thanks for the info on the chair. Does it come apart at all. I thought I saw some seams on the pictures.

i just fold it flat. Well.. curved.  It takes up very little space in a car as i put soft stuff round it..   When i get mine back next wek i'll take some more useful pictures but meanwhile i have been having a nice 5 minutes trawling through my holiday snaps and here are a couple of the chair in action. It looks here as if it does dismantle so you can roll it up..

meanwhile.. i looked up aerobeds which got a mention on here and you can get them in argos.. at a price! It's a lot to pay for something that mught get a puncture that you can't find to fix!  I'll take a look at the colemans.

Fab Decathlon to the rescue for us. Just bought 2 sleep mats from there. Nearly 3 inches thick. Bliss! Had Gelert mats but a bit thin. Cost 40.00 each but worth it.

Brilliant Sonja. I was hoping it would roll up when you take it apart.

Hopefully it will fit in my throwovers.

My Mum and Dad have a raised Aerobed for guests, it is superbly comfy in the house.

Remember you need lot's of insulation to camp with an airbed.
