Ordered 14th Del 16th.  Well packed as well.

Hmmmm....I ordered mine on 15th, not yet arrived (24th!) so have asked for refund. Response is that they are 'looking into it'. I actually don't care what they are looking into, I just want my refund as I ordered one for our son, who needed it for yesterday!
