I bought some cheapo plastic boxes with cheery patterns on the outside from Lidl's recently, one of which will be used for storing the Deltas.
Currently they are being kept in double layers of supermarket plastic bags that do not last long.

Great comments from some sensible people, if we can argue over a tent peg then what hope have we?
Just a word to set the record straight for those who seem to know more about my company than me.
Delta pegs were designed as tent pegs, purely and simply to eliminate the leverage common in all other tent pegs.Once, they were modified for portable landing pads.

Delta Ground Anchors..the strongest, most secure tent pegs in the world! Nylon anchors twice as efficient as rock pegs in 'average' soil! Quality stainless pegs for tougher soil are available.
I've ordered some Deltas as I've read good comments from people on here but, has anyone had experience of anyone nicking them?
I'm sure I'll be ok at the Cornwall campsite but my husband's band are due to be playing at the Limetree Music Festival August Bank Holiday. We'll be taking our Quechua 2 seconds tent & 2 Quechua Base Seconds for all the band to sleep in but I'm thinking of using 'normal' tent pegs - just in case!
Anyone had theirs tampered with?

Planning to go to Holland for 2 weeks camping in August BUT the planning is giving me a headache!
Never any issues with theft at a campsite except for food theft by the resident wildlife!

I normally feel safer at a campsite than on the way to one if I have to stop at services - most campers are genuine and honest people and everyone is in the same boat so people look out for each other. As for a festival I wouldnt worry about just the pegs, I would probably be mindful about everything so the more you can do to keep the kit you take cheap and basic the better!
Oh and as for Delta's - sorry another user and fan here - went away in April with really bad winds and they didnt budge. Not saying other pegs would have let me down but for me it was peace of mind knowing they were there. That being said a lot of it is to do with the way the tent is pitched and ensuring that the guys have the right tension in the first place
