This thing is  ing awesome! I have to say a really big 'thank you' to the boys at Tackle 247... packaging was fantastic and delivery was less than 24 hours; thank you Phil and Adam!
Out of the box, the engineering quality is very good indeed... and I am a very fussy engineer!
I spent time examining the lamp and then carefully fitting the upgraded nozzle (stainless instead of clay) and the double-ended mantle adapter. The latter two items are a bit of a fiddle, but well worth the effort!
Mantle on (easy job) I lit the pre-heater... whoosh!!!! I let the new mantle burn off and then re-lit the pre-heater (sounds like a jet fighter on re-heat) and after 90 seconds on went the supply to the mantle... hissssssss!
Next job... on with the sunglasses 
This thing is BRIGHT... I say again: B R I G H T ! ! !
Not only that but it REALLY looks the part. I cannot wait to fire her up again tonight and wake the neighbours (and the birds!) up with the sunrise effect this beauty has 
Anyhoooo... if you good folk are interested I'll take some photos over the weekend and post them... if the camera can take that kind of treatment!
