Hi,
Just wondered if any members have any experiences of dealing with ABC Camping in Swansea. I'm thinking of buying a trailer tent from them, but I am unsure of what they would be like if any problems arose after making, what is to me, a substantial purchase.

Thanks for any help (good or bad) with this matter.

Had a problem with the Monty 6 Canopy poles bending. It took a bit of time and effort, I was being passed around. Got there in the end, they sent me a whole new canopy. Wouldn't use them again. Lots of dealers around.

ABC's customer aftersales service leaves a lot to be desired. I use the place to look at a product in real life then but off the internet.

Do a search on here, you'll find loadsa feedback, then make up your own mind!

For your own sake do not use ABC as the previous post said, they have no customer service skills. They hide behind consume law, they must have a dedicated person looking for loopholes in the sales of goods act, so that they can pass all problems back to the manufacturer.
