Shop around. Some are better on some things than others. Go Outdoors are good but many of the big retailers have websites offering good deals that you won't get in the shops.

Outdoor Action is one of the best I've seen, we got our tent from there and although some of the stores look dated, the range of equipment is good and prices lower than the more posey retailers.

Hi, Lisa+Lee,

Gooutdoors are very competitive on major branded goods. Lidl & Aldi for lesser known brands. Tesco have a few bargains in every now and then.
