Hi

I just wondered if anyone else who owns one of these is as disappointed with it as me, owing to the fact that the flame seems to be very low no matter what setting i turn it to and there seems to be plenty of gas left. Due to this problem i feel it is not very good to cook with it as i can only really cook towards the centre of it while the rest of the grill area isnt up to an adequate temperature.

Bought this as i have always been a fan of their equipment but now i am feeling i have wasted £50.00 and will have to look for an alternative.

Any comments would be most welcome

Cheers.

Hi Hitchhiker- sorry to hear about your problems, we have one of these and we are overjoyed. Take it back to where you got it from or if it was over the internet- contact the said seller and explain.  There must be a reason.!  Is it a new one? if not just check all the jets to see if they are not blocked. Good luck and keep us informed.  Gary

No problems with ours either. Cooks faster in the middle but the edges still get more than hot enough.

We had the same problem when we bought ours (party grill that is!). Went back to the shop and found out that we had a dodgy regulator on the gas bottle. It now works fine - although one of the screws in the legs fell out last summer which meant it started collapsing everytime we used it - so check the screws too.

hi,sorry to hear your not impressed  with your party grill.we purchased one 2wks ago and cant fault it. ours is the one that attaches straight into the 907 gas cylinder with the adjustable regulator at the bottom of the pole, this controls the heat to the grill.sounds like yours is faulty.take it back for an exchange.

Mine is the same by the sound of it. does the flame increase /decrease much as mine seems to be just a low setting all the time.
