We bought Bivouac All Terrain set of saucepans last summer. They are great to clean as non stick etc but when using them to cook...especially heating water, they take on a mind of their own and go slipping and moving all over the stove....worse if there is a slight tilt.I didn't think I'd have to take my spirit level camping...even if I did they go scooting across the ring.. Has any one else had a similar experience...any advice?

I have Tefal non stick camping pans and mine were the same when I got them 2 seasons ago but with time they seem to have improved and dont move around any more. Dont know why they needed to make the bottoms so slippery.

They might be bowed at the base? Thin pans often warp. You can test this by putting them on a flat surface and taking a look underneath. If they are warped, try pressing them down firmly onto a hard surface....or banging them on a concrete path.
