Hi all, I seem to be having a problem with caravan mover, it works ok moving left and right, but trips out when moving forward and back.  Any advice would be appreciated thank you.

Morning junieliz, Have you checked state of your 12v battery, also the condition of the 9v battery in your hand set. regards David.

Hi David, we had put a new battery in the handset and it didn't make any difference so bought another one and it worked.  So it must have been a faulty battery.  Also got in touch with Reich who advised me to reset the remote as follows, on electronic box press reset button and hold while pressing on/off button three times on handset.  Hope this info is helpful to others thanks again junieliz.
