Does anyone have a microwave in their tent? If so, is it a standard one or a special camping one. Just wonderin if we should take one on our main longer holiday.
Or am I just being silly.

I have seen someone in a camper van set up a separate small utility tent for their microwave and some other bits and pieces.

Argos is usually the best bet or have a look in larger Tesco or Asda stores.

Tesco,we paid £24.99 and its 700 watt but remember that the power used at start up is more than 700 watt ,so be careful what else is being used at the same time time or you will trip the power. regards

We use a microwave in the awning of the caravan with out any problems so I should imagine that it would be similar in a frame tent
