....does it cater for? Roast plus all trimmings? Stews? baked potatoes etc etc

Sorry if this has been said before but there are so many posts on Cobbs that after 2 hours of searching I still don't know the answer.  It does seem like such a great bit of kit but it does look small (don't wish to start another Cobb/Cadac war again!!!)

Hi, I have just bought a cobb but havent had a chance to use it yet! Certainly looks the business, and yes, I understand you can do a full roast, stews, spuds, you can get a wok, frying pan, griddle pan and all sorts for it too. Also doubles as a heater.

We were avid Cobb users, until ours melted.  It seems that the older black based Cobbs melt if too much fat builds up in the well, so take care.  The company weren't much help when I contacted them.  Considering starting an online survery to see how many people had this problem....I knwo of 2 so far.  Of course if you have the newer stainless version you should be okay
