Hi All.  we are considering buying a porch awning, and i think porchlite would be our prefered choice.  I am a bit confused as to how the porchlite attaches to the awning rail.  Could anybody give me any ideas.  Any help and information would be very much appreciated.  Many thanks.  Jane

Many thanks for you message.  I was just a bit confused by the

"Unlike some Porch awnings, it has a pole which sits on the awning channel (rather than sitting on the side of the van which could potentially cause damage)." bit. 

I have seen them on this site, but need to use the van a bit more regularly before we actually buy!
