I have just bought a swift challenger 440 se 1996 no manual with it so have found out a lot by trial and error but I am having difficulty with the oven. I can light the hob and the grill but cannot figure out how to light the oven. can anyone help me, please

hello we also have a swift challenger,and end up lighting the oven with a gas lighter.Sometimes it lights,but more often than not i've not lifted the glass hob cover fully ,so the safety thingy stops it from lighting.
