Hi im just wondering if any one can help.I have a electrolux rm212f fridge and am having trouble getting it to run on gas, when i bought the van i was told everything worked ok but when trying it on gas it wont stay lit.ive cleaned the burner and flu and it starts 1st click and burns a nice blue but as soon as you let go of the button it stops.i replaced the thermocouple today and still the same.so my question is this, how level does the van have to be and would it have that effect or would it not light at all.failing that can it only be the valve?thanks in advance.

If it's a case of just getting the gas to stay lit then the level of the van is not going to matter very much. My first thought, as yours, would have been the thermocouple, and next the valve ... there really isn't anything else involved.

However there may be someone else along with a magic solution
