For cycle touring so needs to be small enough for panniers, is £50 for half decent and small enough a bit optimistic?
Any advice from the experienced much appreciated.

Karrimor from Blacks, 49.99 sorry got to shoot out or I'd post the link. Khaki colour comes in mummy or square cut. Got two of them been down to only just above zero wuith a liner. not bad at all.
