Went to our local Matalan yesterday and in their summer (Hah!) sale they had some travel bits reduced...a range of small bottles for putting shampoo and shower gel etc in and small jars for face cream, hand cream etc, only £1.50 a pack (about 6 or 7 items in it), mini sewing kit and currency calculator were reduced too and we saw some childrens size mummy sleeping bags down to £5.
Then went into Tkmax and in their sale got a Gelert" Rambler kit" which had a 22 litre rucksac ,a pair of binoculars and a metal flask all for the bargain price of £7, it should have been £25, also got a couple of Scafell Rock camping lanterns for £1 each reduced form £4.99, I do love a bargain!
