I recently had to contact Towsure regarding an item that I knew was purchased from them last year but couldn't remember when exactly, not being able to find the relevant invoice. However I went through the normal contact channels i.e. email but appeared to have no response. I then contacted them by phone which I should have done previously and they explained that due to flooding they were experiencing problems with the email system but the very nice lady had my details in front of her and was able to sort the problem immediately and I received a replacement the next day. Now that is customer service at its best.!!!

Hi Guys

Hi Mags, Towsure certainly are a company who listens, from the early days they have always had great respect from me and during the recent floods I know they had very severe problems and it shows just how committed they are that throughout the trouble they have kept all customers informed of their problems through both their own website and by posting on these forums. Towsure have a long association with ukcampsite.co.uk which is why they get so many mentions.
Well done to the gauys and Gals at Towsure for a great job well done!!!
Thank you for your kind comments, we really appreciate you taking the time to post a compliment, and I am happy we resolved your problem. It is fantastic how customers have reacted to our recent floods, the complete understanding of our situation and the generous offers of help we have received is astounding. Our mail order is back up to full speed, the despatch department have almost cleared the backlog, the manufacturing department have re-opened and catching up on the production side....finally the retail store in Sheffield looks like re-opening at best the end of August. We will post details when we have reopened, we are operating a catalogue collection service from our distribution centre in Sheffield, this will continue until the store re-opens.
Once again a huge thank you to everyone in our hour of need. We really do appreciate it.
Unfortunately all the clothing was all damaged, we have already re-ordered the stock and awaiting delivery. Until this arrives we cannot supply any clothing items for the next few weeks. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
