Hi all, can someone please advise me how warm a 6 tog is meant to be. I have been 'googling' for info & just come up with baby sleeping bags for some reason...many thanks!

Baby sleeping bags are rated by TOG

Adult sleeping bags are rated by season.

1 Season (summer) +5 cent
2 Season (spring/summer) 0 cent
3 Season (spring/autumn) -5 cent
4 season (winter) - 10 cent

So for a typical English summer you should go for a 4 season
