Hi,

Just a quick question for you Cadac owners, when do you use the fat catching attachment and heat deflector is it just with the wire grill, do I need either with the reversible plate or the skottel??

I use the fat catching bowl all the time - apart from with the Skottell, I think. The heat deflector should be used with just the wire grill. You can use the deflector with the reversable plate / skottel, but it cooks more slowly.
